HTR was appointed by LEOS Developments to deliver a high-end, multi-building refurbishment at Hyver Farm. The extensive project included a full strip out and refurbishment of the main house, complete reconfiguration of the existing poolhouse into two residential flats and a gym, and full refurbishment of an on-site cottage. Works comprised new partitions and ceilings, full M&E installation including CCTV, security, and data systems, groundworks, flooring, and premium decorative finishes. A bespoke joinery kitchen was also installed to elevate the interior specification and functionality.
